生日蛋糕推介 2018:亞洲最佳女主廚劉韻棋主理的創意甜品店 Poem Patisserie by Tate
生日一年一次,當然要隆重其事!生日蛋糕的存在,看似輕於鴻毛,實在是重於泰山。試想像圍著一個好看又好食的生日蛋糕,高唱生日歌、吹熄蠟燭、許下心願,是多麼值得紀念的幸福一刻。獲選為 2015 年凱歌香檳亞洲最佳女廚師獎項的著名女廚師劉韻棋(Vicky Lau),於 2012 年開設星級食府 Tate Dining Room & Bar,近日又有新搞作:夥拍糕餅師 Nocar Lo 於在上環開設餅店 POEM PATISSERIE by Tate 進軍甜品市場。一向視烹飪料理為藝術創作的 Vicky,這次繼續以藝術形式作為表現的方法,餅店名字「Poem」打正藝術旗號,甜點賣相更加不用多說,每一件都精緻得如藝術品。餅店會不定期更換主題,無論是環境及所有糕點款式均進行「變身」,為追求新鮮感的顧客打造驚喜。擅長法式西餐的她,破格地以「細味本地情懷」(Capture Hong Kong)融入西式甜點,透過視覺和味覺喚起顧客的集體回憶和本土精神,每一款都是編輯心水的生日蛋糕推介!
